In this study, Flow Science performed a detailed analysis of the feasibility of a hypolimnetic oxygenation system for Lake Perris. The work involves evaluating various means of oxygenation, assessing their feasibility, and performing detailed cost analyses. The work product involved a recommendation to oxygenate the reservoir.
