Flow Science performed a detailed analysis of the technical feasibility and economics of hypolimnetic oxygenation systems for Los Vaqueros and Contra Loma Reservoirs. Flow Science is also providing technical support to CCWD in the use of the DYRESM reservoir simulator to evaluate water quality in Los Vaqueros Reservoir. The work was done jointly with Merritt Smith and Alex Horne. The work resulted in the implementation of a diffused oxygen system in the reservoir. The system was installed and tested successfully.
